The process is approved through an internal approval procedure. We ensure quality through systematic inspection intervals. Process influences are continuously monitored and documented.

Materials are usually stocked only for ongoing items. However, thanks to our broad supplier network, we are able to source almost any material quickly.

Typically, the components we manufacture range from 4 to 65 mm in diameter. We also offer solutions for diameters outside this range but these require individual assessment.

Typically, we can machine components up to a length of 250 mm. For longer parts, an individual assessment is required.

We primarily work with steel materials such as stainless steel and free-cutting steel. In addition, we also process non-ferrous metals like aluminum, brass and titanium. Occasionally, we manufacture components from machinable plastics such as PEEK and POM.

The achievable tolerance range depends not only on the manufacturing technology but also heavily on the geometry of the component. Therefore, a general statement is not possible. However, we have already implemented the following exemplary tolerances in series production:

Honing:

±0.5 µm in diameter

<0.5 µm in roundness

<2 µm in cylindricity

Grinding:

0.3 µm in flatness

0.6 µm in roundness

1.5 µm in diameter

<1 µm in form & position

Thanks to our versatile machinery, we can cover all quantity requirements – from prototype production to small and medium batches, all the way to large-scale series.

The components produced at our three locations are delivered to various countries across Europe, Asia and both South and North America.

Just over 70% of our revenue comes from deliveries to the automotive industry.

mesa parts employs around 800 people in total. Approximately 460 work in Lenzkirch, about 240 in Náchod and around 110 in Toluca.

In 2024, our revenue exceeded €120 million.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Europe and North America. From these locations, we also supply customers in Asia. As part of our growth strategy, we are evaluating options for an additional production site.

Yes, we have in-house storage capacity for finished parts available on demand.

Yes, we have entered into consignment stock agreements with various customers and have been supplying them for many years.

Our sites in Lenzkirch and Náchod have been ISO 14001 certified for several years. You can find our certificates and environmental policy in the downloads section.

Since 2022, we have been calculating the Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) annually. Based on this, we can also determine the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) for individual components.

Sustainability has always been one of our core concerns. For several years, our company has been certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. We generate part of our electricity through photovoltaic systems and all externally sourced electricity in Germany comes from renewable sources. In terms of social sustainability, we support local clubs and institutions, operate our own training center and promote continuous education. To support our customers early in the development of new components, we have a dedicated area for prototype manufacturing. In addition to fast availability of parts, we assist our customers during the development phase with recommendations for component optimization geared toward future series production.
